I don't know what to do i need some help!
I am almost 16 and i now weigh 110lbs and i am 5'5'' i like my weight but i used to be kinda heavy and i was like 135-140lbs and i wasnt' trying to lose weight but I am glad i did and now i keep losing and i dont' know what to do. How can i stop losing I dont' want to gain any back though. I talked to my parents and they don't seem to think i have anything to worry about and i don't know if i am over reacting so if anyone can help me out i would really like the help thanks

sugarbabysweetie -I hope you are losing weight in a healthy way and not starving yourself!!

What you can do is add a little more food to your diet everyday and if you gain a few pounds, don't freak out! Just back off a little until your weight doesn't fluctuate much, or start walking or exercising a couple days a week. This will raise your metabolism so you can afford to eat a little more without gaining. Also you should take a multivitamin tablet everyday if you're not already.

Your parents are right -you shouldn't worry about your weight so much. Remember, you are a beautiful person inside and out, and you should be happy and enjoy yourself the way you are!!

Sugerbabysweetie, How many calories do you normally consume a day? I would be concerned if you keep losing, your a a very low weight for your height. What do you usually eat on a normal day?

I have around 1400 to 1500 calories a day if i dont' i have milk shakes or something the next day that has a lot of fat in it. But thanks for the advise
