    Has Anyone Here Taken Adipex The Same As Phentermine? I Heard It Works Well And Want To Try It. I Took Metabolife 356 For 5 Years And It Worked Great-well The Ephdra Worked Great Now I Can't Seem To Find Anything That Comes Close To Getting The Energy That I Had With Ephedra. Any Suggestions?

    Pseudoephedrine (think Sudafed) is close but it's not a good day to day drug for the same reason that ephedrine was banned, it raises your blood pressure and people with already high blood pressure increase their risk of strokes.

    Caffeine, maybe 300 mg. at a time, is also a decent ephedrine substitute and safer than pseudoephedrine.

    It's a tough trade off...the more energy the drug gives you the more dangerous it is...a fact of life.
