Do proteins in milk inhibit antioxidant absorption in berries?
I know that proteins in milk may bind antioxidants from being absorbed, which is why dark chocolate is healthier than milk chocolate. Does milk do the same thing with other foods containing antioxidants, such as berries?

If by antioxidants you mean vitamins A,C, and e then the answer is no, they;ll be absorbed. If you mean something more "new age" by the term, then I don't know.
Which "antioxidants" were you referring to.

Dark chocolate (unsweeten) is better due to high Polyphenols , however i've never heard of milk proteins(caesen and whey) not absorbing Antioxidants. harry
