    1) Porridge, piece of fruit (breakfast)
    2) Handful of nuts, another piece of fruit (11am)
    3) Half a turkey sandwich, raw veg (1pm)
    4) Other half of sandwich, yoghurt (3pm)
    5) Piece of fish/chicken, serving of wholegrain rice/pasta (6pm)
    6) veg dipped in hummus (8pm)

    you could add more to this if you're really hungry, or do alot of exercise
    or less, depending on your appetite

    it depends what you are looking to do. Do you work out? are you trying to lose weight? gain weight? what is your height and weight?

    First, you should probably be eating every 2 and a half to 3 hours. Lots of liquids, too. It is much easier to get all of the fruits, veggies, proteins, etc... that you need in a day when you eat this way. It is also easier to process all the the important nutrients in these meals when you keep all the components separated. Try having a meal of yogurt and fruit, then one of peanut butter and carrots and celery, then a small salad, then a roasted sweet potato and piece of Ezekiel bread with butter, etc... Anyway, those are a few ideas. Maybe not in that order or in the same day, but those are good.

    I love Ezekiel bread too! I like to toast one slide with some turkey on top with lettuce and tomatoes for a healthy half sandwich. Other good small meal ideas can be a cup of a healthy soup, a small fruit smoothie, small serving of lean protein with a healthy side, small bowl of healthy cereal, protein shake, salad with turkey bits, tuna with veggies.

    Just try to make meals half the size of what you normally would and try to keep them healthy and balanced, and eat every few hours. It really helps keep you energy level stable and won't make you feel super hungry or super full during the day. Some days I end up eating 3 meals a day, but I try to do the small meals more often. I also buy power bars and balance bars to take with me on the go for when I'm working or in school without a break and won't have time to eat. They are better than skipping a meal!
