    Potassium in coffee

How much potassium is in a cup of regular, brewed coffee?

I wouldn't consider it either because of the fact that coffee acts as a diuretic and helps to wash the potassium out of your system anyway.

Loss of potassium is not a good thing, and so saying it 'helps' is not the correct terminology, as it pertains to potassium or any other electrolyte.
