There is nothing wrong with eat the food you like every day, in fact couscous is a delicious and healthy food and a excellent source of vitamin B6 and other important nutrients for your body. I love it and use to eat it since I was 4. The only reason you feel bloated is because you mix complex carbs with protein in the same meal. (In this case couscous - carb and chicken - protein). These are 2 complex foods and require a lot of work to digest. Just eat them separately and you will see the results. You have to wait at least 3 hours between them. You can eat chicken with salad (don’t include tomatoes, just vegetables) and the next meal you can eat your couscous. Enjoy your meal and I hope that helps
