Are there side effects to eating too much yogourt..and what would be the physical signs of too much yogourt

Too much yogurt? Yeah, you'd gain a lot of weight. You'll see more fat on you and the scale will read higher numbers

Otherwise, I think yogurt is a great snack or supplement to any meal. Too much of anything isn't good, except TV of course.

Be careful of preflavored yogurts that are high in added sugar.

Best to stay with plain yogurt (and add fresh or frozen fruit if desired).

Yogurt is a dairy product and I think too much of it would tend to make your system acid rather than alkaline. You need both kinds of foods (acid & alkaline) to achieve a balance. There are books on this; one is: "The Acid Alkaline Balance Diet".

It's something to think about.
