Tips on gaining weight?

I'm 16 years old, 5', & weigh 80 lbs.
I've been having trouble gaining weight. I want to gain more weight and i have a high metabolism. With that being said, As much as i try to eat a lot, I don't gain much weight.
The heaviest i've been is 90 lbs.
I don't have a sweet tooth & i LOVE vegetables, so i do eat right.
I had 11.3% body fat, and it went down to 4.9% due to Summer school p.e which is 5 hours a day for 2 1/2 weeks(I started June 13 & was done June 30).
My goal is to weigh atleast 100 lbs. & have a body fat % of 18, which is healthy. I'm in the too lean zone -___- apparently.
Being skinny what brings my confidence down.

I need some tips, advice, and maybe a new diet that will help me gain weight. or atleast decrease my metabolism!

Weight gain isnít something that is easy to do, it requires patience and discipline to diet and training. Hopefully the weight gain tips on this site will help you to achieve your goals. To gain weight, you do not NEED supplements, but they will help you gain the weight quicker. Thatís what they are, supplementation to an already good diet and training program. Think of supplements as the finishing touch.

What does your diet consist of now besides vegetables? What do you eat on a typical day for breakfast, lunch and dinner? (Include dressings and portion sizes.)

Also, where do you want to gain the weight? Usually, weight is gained on the stomach first and then may or may not distribute to other nearby areas. When you were 90 pounds, was your weight distributed evenly? Were you satisfied with it? What did you do to get to 90 and why did you lose it?

I suggest you concentrate on nutritious but high-calorie foods. Fruit or dried fruit, cheese, nuts, lean meats, eggs and whole-grain bread can all help you gain healthy weight.

Vegetables are important, don't stop eating them, but many veggies just don't supply calories, so you need other foods.

Three meals a day might not be enough for you. Try eating nutritious snacks a few times a day. After exercising, I sometimes eat a hard-boiled egg and a piece of fruit.
