Taking Dexatrim & Diurex water pills together, help!

Hi! I'm 19 years old, 5'7" 160.8 lbs. I've been taking Dexatrim max for about a year now and I recently purchased Diurex water pills. I was wondering if it would be okay to take these pills together. Not literally together, but maybe within a hour apart. I exercise and I eat a 200-300 calories per day. I've stop eating meals all together a while ago and I just want to increase my chances of loosing weight (hopefully 40 lbs). Feedback is welcome!
