Oranges or Bananas on an empty stomach

I eat bananas all the time for breakfast, and oranges for supper. Recently, though, I have been reading that bananas and oranges were bad on an empty stomach. The sources I have found (on the internet) seem a little sketchy though. Does anyone have any info on this? Thanks!

For some people, eating fruit on an empty stomach can cause stomach irritation. But if it doesn't bother you, then don't worry about it.
