    Cheating on wheat free diet

I've been on a wheat free diet for a couple of weeks now and I'm doing really well. A friend brought over subs one night and I felt obligated to eat one since I didn't pay for it. Did this "cheating" set me back to day one or is it just a small bump in the road. I do not have a wheat intolerance, I'm just doing it for the health benefits. Thanks for your response.

    IHateFood,

Just that one time won't hurt, but you should let your friend know that you're on a wheat free diet. Or, you could empty the contents into a dish and eat the contents with just half of the bun. That would be a compromise so you don't fill yourself up with too much starch.
