I eat a healthy yet small breakfast lunch and dinner. Dink tons and tons of water. Also exercise 30 minutes a day.
How much weight am I likely to lose in a week?

You don't give enough information for anyone to answer that question properly. You would need to state how much you currently and how many calories you're eating, then you factor in the expenditure you expect to lose with your workouts.

small 6 meals and regular exercise with lots of water intake will help you keep fit and lose weight.

You can loose your weight, If you lost calories more than you take calories.
It does not means that you take very little calorie and spend more calorie, It is harmful for health and also bad for metabolism. So its good to take balance diet and regular exercise. The amount of balance diet depend upon your age and height.
