I agree with Earthinglover with all the fruits that were stated. I was going to say the same thing.
Yes, banana is the highest in carb but as you say you can work it off throughout the day. So, no having a banana will not damage your 'diet', just include the carb count of the banana.
You are doing brilliantly, wow - well done. You are saving your life.
