Will eating a clove if garlic daily benefit me?

I started to eat a small pickled garlic clove daily for about a month now. I saw someone recommend it to women with fibroids. Does anyone know if this is true or if there are any other benefits from eating a daily clove? Thank you

Hi, yes garlic is a great supplement, good for cardiovascular health, reduces the bad ldl cholesterol, and is said to reduce the risk of many cancers by stopping the cancer cells from duplicating. As far as fibroids go, well I really do not know but perhaps the same principle can be applied to fibroid cells and cancer cells in that the garlic may stop fibroid cells from duplicating. In any event, along with a healthy lifestyle garlic is a wonderful way to promote better health. There are many farms that sell fresh organic garlic online which I think is a great way to go......
