vitamin D deficiency?

Symptoms I been having. ..

*Weakness in arms and legs
*Pain in both legs and arm, worse when walking/working
Also in my feet.
* Frequent bladder
*Random muscle twitching all over the body, expecially feet
*Eye sight slightly worse (need glasses now)

A doctor I saw was just at a regular clinic and he did blood work and it came back fine beside that my Vit D level was at 7 which he had the nurse call me and immediately gave a prescription over the phone for V2 vitamin 10,000unit pills and been working on that. Anybody know if my symptoms sound like a legit cause of the vitamin d deficiency? Could it really cause pain and muscle twitching?

Past few days I been waking up really sore, in the arm and last night in the shoulders. I never had this issue before all this stuff started...is this part of Vutamin D deficiency? ?

Vit D deficiency can cause all of your symptoms. According to my Dr. the majority of us are deficient in Vit D. In addition to your supplement also try to get out in the sun more.

Re: vitamin D deficiency?

Yes I just found out my level is 9. I have had muscle and joint pain, fatigue, frequent urination, anxeity and more these are all symptoms. My doctor put my doctor put me on 152000 units a day however I have read that it will not last the best thing is to get at least 20 minutes of sun a day without sunscreen, eat foods with vitamin d and take the supplements. Hope u feel better son. I am not sure how long it takes to get better so hang in there
