    saturated fat and cortisol?

I've heard that saturated fat raises your cortisol levels. Meaning it is highly inflammatory. Is there any truth in this?

I read allot of information nowdays suggesting that saturated fat may in fact be healthy to some extent.

I'm just wondering if this suggestion that animal saturated fat raises cortisol levels has any truth behind it. I don't know what to believe.
