    questions about stomach pain

I started back in Mar 2020 with low grade nausea that graduated to a dull gnawing epigastric pain. I have had blood work for celiac, a US to rule out gallbladder stones, a colonoscopy that discovered one tiny polyp & an endoscopy that showed esophagitis. I have never had one single symptom of esophagitis. I have been taking nexium for around 7 years. I DO have IBS-C FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS. I just had a CT scan an it showed diverticulous, renal & liver cysts that are tiny. Diverticulitis has symptoms that are left lower quadrant, in which I have never experienced this type of pain. Now here I am with no solid answers to my discomfort since Mar 2020. I don't know where else to turn or what to do? Told to stay on a high fiber diet which I have & I also take metamucil each morning. Any input or suggestion would help. Ty in advance.
