    Gastroparesis concern

    Hi all!
I have been having nausea, bloating and epigastric pain & back pain for five months. My GI doc has done a CT scan an Abdominal US, endoscopy, colonoscopy PLUS a gastric emptying study that was normal along with the other tests I had. I don't have early satiety and have not vomited. Bloating is my enemy for hours!!! I wake up feeling okay. I was in such pain two weeks ago I went to an ER and they also ran a CT and an US. Tests showed abdominal distention, other than that, normal. Blood work, normal. Question: Even though my gastric empting test was normal, it was a four hour study with 91% of my stomach being empty, I am concerned that I may still have gastroparesis & it it terrifies me. I am sick everyday. I have lost no weight either. I am beginning to become depressed over this b/c I see no diagnose in the near future. I am a female, 67 years old. Any input about the gastric emptying test would be welcome. Thank you.

    Try and stay well.
