    Cancer anxiety on overdrive

Please if anyone can relate or had similar experiences....
I have been having a abdominal pain that progressed to me spitting up what I guess is stomach acid(looks just like a lot of clear spit) I had a CT scan done on Dec 30 and bloodwork and all came back normal. ER Dr. Thinks it ulcer or gerd.
Finally saw my dr. Who reviewed results , checked my lymph nodes everywhere, pressed on my stomach and didn't find anything unusual.

He prescribed some meds and today I've had a 2 dry heaves but nothing came out and I felt okay after about 30 min. Dr. Again said he believes it ulcer or gastritis ....
But I can't get out of my head everything they've done they missed something and it's causing depression and anxiety.....has this happened to anyone ??? What did you do?

Hi...where exactly is your abdominal pain, is it constant or intermittent? What medication are you now on?

Request to your doctor to set you up for an upper endoscopy. It's a good start for a visual to check for inflammation, ulcers and to do biopsies etc.

Regarding blood tests, were you checked for h. Pylori?

The blood work did not check for H.P
The pain is not constant thank God it just comes and goes and is bearable.
The pain is around breastplate and a little below.
    Currently taking Pantoprazole 40mg

This is my first day one it... Pain seems less. I didn't spit up any acid reflux. Just dry heaved a couple of times and felt better after a few min.
