This is rather embarassing- over the last month or so, I've had a lot of flatulence . It's pretty disgusting, annoying, and embarassing. I've also had that feeling where you feel like you're throwing up, but only a little bit, not completely. Sometimes my stomach rumbles a lot, and my stomach feels bloated. All this is always worse in the evening hours. Often during the day I am fine. I know that lactose intolerance can cause excess gas and stuff, so today I tried not eating any dairy products. So far, this hasn't helped. Does it take longer??? I also know that eating lots of fiber can cause it, but I've always eaten lots of whole grains, not just in the last month. Plus I don't want to stop eating them because they're good for you. There's huge lists of foods that cause lots of gas and uncomfort, but I can't cut ALL of them out of my diet can I? Does anyone know what causes this and what I should do about it? Is it possible to make it go away?

have you tried gas x? it does help. if you are LI it can take a few days for everything to calm down.

If you eat a lot of grains, it could be that you're not digesting them properly and it's causing intestinal gas. You could try something like "Beano" as it helps with grain-related gas.
