Help in very bad pain

I have a problem but don't know where to put it i have a very bad stomach problem where i can no longer hold food i once did such as meat and chicken and other foods. Yes even junk food. Right now i my body won't let me take anything and if i do i vomit it up. I have no eaten for about 4 days which i know can be good but i feel lousy. The pain is located right under my ribcage and it used to have a bump but that went away. The pain is so severe i could not walk on my own and was vomiting green sometimes yellow. the pains are sharp and somtimes i feel bloated i have been taking water but that seems to only add up to the bloating and i feel nausea i am also constipated and have not gone for about 5 days which is something new to me. My lower back hurts and when i walk my stomach feels all slusy like there is stuff inthere. I don't know what to do and feel terrible. Someone please help i can;t take it.

See a doctor as soon as possible. Sounds like there is a blockage. Could be something to do with the gallbladder also.

Re: Help in very bad pain

or it could be an ulcer.

ulcer would be more in the middle - gall bladder causes pain more on the right side - and with mine it did hurt in my back. to the point of doubling over.
