Talking Diet related or what? Decreased appetite, no big weight loss?

I also have Celiac disease or gluten intolerance and am supposed to eat low sugar diets. This means no bread, pasta, wheat in is in Ranch dressing!!! I have lost 30 lbs since July but really, I can barely eat anything it seems without a lot of trouble as in home cooking. Wheat, rye, barley and malt are also a no no and that seems to be in everything processed. I do not have time and hate to cook. You never know what you are getting in a restaurant.

Any suggestions?? I also am about 50 lbs over weight at least! I have the metabolism of a snail...any experts out there? I also feel like I am starving most of the time and eat peanuts a lot for protein.
