    tight tummy.rumbling and rolling
    Anyone had a problem with tight like feeling in upper tummy and it makes rumbling and is moving all the time? Also kinda gasy of a morning
    watery ,bubbling ,moving rock n and rollin lol
    wHAT COULD IT BE?

    I think your diet needs more calcium and magnesium to calm the noises down.
