I also want to know the answer to this as I got told I had a loopy bowel after my colonoscopy last week.

Hi,

It means you have extra colon and because of the extra length the colon is looped and kinked. It can make a colonoscopy difficult or even impossible.

The medical term for it is redundant colon.

Ask your Dr about it.
