What's Wrong with My Stomach?? Help!

I'm 18 years old, and been dealing with this problem for at least 2 years, probably a lot longer.

I'm slightly overweight so I know that never helps with stomach problems. But any ways, basically, every single time I eat or drink anything, I get a stomach ache. Even from drinking water. It doesn't matter what I put in my body, fruit, vegetables, meat, grain, it hurts my stomach. It's not extremely severe, and it usually doesn't keep me home from work or anything, but it's still a big discomfort.

I've been to multiple doctors, and I'm seeing a gastrologist currently, and they have tried different things, I've been x-rayed, and blood tests, and put on different pills and nothing has seemed to work. One doctor told me if I lost 5 pounds, that all of my stomach problems would be gone, I've lost 8-10 pounds and nothing has changed. I've been put on Prevacid, which helped for about a week, then stopped working. And I was recently put on Prilosec, I took it for about a month and a half, and it didn't seem to do much, aside from make me dizzy all the time, and make me lose my appetite.

The pain I get is in the middle of my stomach, around my navel, and it's usually like a hard, cramping feeling. It's not severe unless I eat dairy, fried, fatty type foods, which I don't eat. I believe I'm lactose-intolerant, because dairy products make my stomach aches extremely severe, so I switched over to soy everything. I gave up soda, coffee, anything fatty, fried, etc, etc,. when I started taking the Prilosec, and of course that's helped.

But I still get the stomach aches after I eat, and I just can't figure out what it is. My doctors have tested me for gull stones, cancer, and a couple other things, and they basically keep trying new things with me every time the other plan failed.

I know this post is really long, but any advice or suggestions would be so greatly appreciated.

I'm sick of being in pain every day!
