Digestion (or lack thereof) Abnormalities

Hey everyone. I'm new here and I've looked around quite a bit and haven't really found what I was looking for. So I figured I would just go ahead and ask!
I've been having some problems with (I think) digestion. Whenever I eat, as of the last couple weeks, I get really full (uncomfortably full) really fast. I can barely eat a quarter of my normal meal. That's not like me at all! But then about 20 to 30 minutes later I'm hungry again. That was weird but nothing I was really worried about. Within the last week, however, I have been passing stool literally every time I use the bathroom. It's not a lot at a time, but I've never had a pattern like this. And what put everything over the top was that I have been finding complete, undigested pills in the toilet. I've been taking CVS brand sinus headache medicine for a long time (not continuously, just whenever needed) and nothing like this has ever happened.
Anyway, I get freaked out about going to see doctors. Always have, so I do my best to figure things out on my own. If it ends up I need to talk to a doc about this then that's what I will do but if anyone out there reads this and is able to help at all I would REALLY appreciate it!
Thanks everyone!
