Deep breathing after meal

Background: Have had a dizzyness/nausea/fatigue problem for 3 months. EKG, Cardio stress echo, MRI, ENT, Blood, you name it all CLEAR. (diagnosis was inner ear, labs, VN, or maybe even PLF)

3 weeks ago I had a big meal, was breathing heavy all night, a steak..threw up with a fever, 24 hours later, fever gone and able to eat. Dizzy problem hanging around, stomach hasn't been quite right in about 6 weeks during this inner ear problem. Figured this was a case of food poisoning since I cooked the steak myself, maybe it was a bad steak.

I noticed since that food poising incident that I have a great appetite as usual, normal stool, normal everything, that I find myself sitting on the couch short of breath feeling. I had some chest tingling a couple times, but after a couple hours its gone. Someone has said haital hernia? Also heard anxiety? And heard inner ear causing nausea. Had gassy stomach once, but not again. Stool is normal.

Anyone have any ideas? I have a GI appt in 4 weeks, but wanted to get a handle on this. Been a wild ride with the inner ear problem as it is!
