Red face Post cholecystectomy... always hungry?

I had my gallbladder out in February, after it ruptured. For the first 7 months, I was literally like a post-lapband patient...2 crackers and a piece of cheese and I was full for a whole day. I ordered off the children's menu, split meals in half, and lost about 55 lbs. (No complaints there.) Then, about 2 weeks ago, I noticed I was hungry (not a common feeling anymore) so I ate a half a meal. I didn't get full, so I finished it, meat, starch, veggie & bread. I was still hungry, so I had yogurt. Since then, I can't get full. I am a pretty healthy eater, a salad a day, yogurt in the a.m., high fiber, low trans fat. But today I've had a bagel with cheese and turkey, an organic personal pizza, potato chips, 2 granola bars, and about a cup of cashews. Normally this would be twice the amount of food I eat on a given day, but I'm so hungry right now it hurts. What is going on??? I haven't gained back any of the weight that I lost, but I am worried that I am going to. Somebody help me!
