Need help!
I am a 35 year old female. I have hypothyroidism and have been anemic off and on for about 20 years. About a month ago, I started having really bad stomach pain. Felt like someone punched me in the stomach. After six days of this pain, I went to see my regular dr who diagnosed me with gastritis and gave me samples of Dexilant. Well, that didnt help so three days later I was in the ER. They did an abdominal ultrasound, blood test and urine test. They've said the blood and urine came back normal. Before the ultrasound was done, I was given a GI cocktail. The ultrasound revealed that I had a 3mm kidney stone in my right kidney. The ER dr said that I had Chronic indigestion and gave me a prescription for Pepcid and said to follow up with my primary dr in a few days. So I saw my dr the next day. I had mentioned to him that my urine had been cloudy for the past few days so he did a urine test and it revealed that I had a bladder infection. So, he gave me antibiotics for that and another pill that made my urine turn reddish orange. He referred me to a urologist so I had to have a CT scan done too. Anyhow, the CT scan didnt show anything abnormal so the urologist said that I was fine. Long story short, I still have stomach pain and my urine is now showing bits of tissue. Im researching and I think now that it may be an ulcer. Anyone have ideas on what's going on with me? Im scheduled for an endoscopy in 5 days, so hope they figure it out. Also forgot to mention that I have been more tired than normal, even with hypothyroidism. And I've felt dizzy for the past few days too.
