Am I entitled to Medical (Medicade) Insurance for myself and family

I will be going onto LTD in a couple of weeks. I was earning $87,00 a year and my adjusted income after my 60% is around $50,000 a year. I am married and have four children living at home and all in school. I live in Texas. Will I be entitled to get any type of medical/dental coverage for myself and my family?
