Extension for filing a appeal

Hi everyone. I want to know if I can get an extension on filing an appeal for a appeal councils review, if its been after the time allowed? I've already exceeded the 65 day limit. Does anyone know how and what I need to do?

Re: Extension for filing a appeal

Are you using your attorney for the appeal? I would suggest using one for anything beyond initial application.
