Talking does your employer make your environment easier on you?

Hi all!

I hope you're having a fabulous, healthy holiday season.

I live in Canada and beginning in January the government in my lovely (new, I just moved here) province is implementing an accessibility law which mandates that all work places must be accessible to both differently abled customers and employees.

I've got the customer thing down pat since we rarely have people in this office due to most of our product and output being done online.

Then came the employees. I have CP myself, so telling them what I needed was easy. I'm vocal like that.

But as I started to wade through the other possibilities, I realized that there was so little I knew of other disabilities. So, I thought I would reach out.

If you are able to work, is there something your employer does to make your environment easier on you that you wish more people would do?

Do you wish there was something they would do that they aren't?

Thank you so much! Have a nice day.
