    weird symptoms

Hello everyone. For about 4 months I've been experiencing a number of odd symptoms.

-Stiff neck...worse with exercise. Arms get weak and shoulders feel heavy when working out over time. Especially when doing weights. Throat seems to get tight as well.
    -Tight shoulders..sometimes burn.
    -Dizziness
-Vision issues. Sometimes objects seem like they jump.
-Tingling in pink and index right hand..sometimes left. Thumbs twitch sometimes.
    -Restless/cramping legs. Intermittent.
    -Tingling in feet.

-MRI's and xrays of neck normal.
    -MRI of brain normal.
    -Physical therapy no help.
    -Chiropractor has helped with stiffness.
-Blood work done for vit d, thyroid, electrolytes, iron, calcium. Normal.
-Dull tightness base of skull that wraps around.
-When clenching my trap muscles my range of motion in neck is perfect.
Does this sound spinal or more of a food allergy?

    Re: weird symptoms

This really does not sound like food allergies to me. I would wonder if you are Vit B12 deficient because of the dizziness and tingling. I would ask to get a Vit B12 and folate level done on blood, plus a ferritin (stored iron) because of the restless legs. Magnesium deficiencies are common, but tests are not particularly accurate for that, so just taking a magnesium supplement (400-800mg/day) can help with leg cramps and muscle tightness. Much of the neck and shoulder discomfort may be muscle spasm/tightness and may respond to the magnesium or a muscle relaxant (Rx from your Dr, a non-sedating one so you can function). A calcium supplement could be taken too, as both calcium and magnesium have a relaxant effect on muscles.
