Dizziness, unbalanced, vision, breathing.

I'm a healthy(so I think) 28 yr old female. I eat great, don't smoke or drink alcohol but for the last year or more I have felt dizzy and off balanced. Im okay laying down or when I am driving but as soon as I stand or sit on a chair where my head isn't supported, my head suddenly feels so heavy, I feel like I am going to faint and my vision goes weird and almost like a lump in my throat. I can't go out anywhere, shopping, appointments or anything where I might get stuck standing still too long or having to sit. I stay home, everyday and try to get out of anything that involves me leaving the house incase I might faint. Ive been to the doctors so many times and they keep saying it's anxiety yet I have zero reasons to be anxious and I know it isn't that. No anxiety medication ever did anything to help. I am sick of being told that's what it is and feel like I am getting no help. I have told my partner if it wasn't for our baby I would have already killed myself by now, I'm not even living as it is.
Has anyone had a similar thing happen and actually found out what it was and had it treated? I am over it and over life because of it.

Re: Dizziness, unbalanced, vision, breathing.

Have you ever considered that it may be your ear or ears that are causing your problem. Look up BPV benign proximal vertigo. It is NOT serious. The crystals in your ear may be off balance and they control your balance. I had NEVER had it, but when I went to get out of bed one morning, I was totally off balance. There are exercises that you can do that will help, if this is the case. Good luck and give it a shot.
