constant vertigo

hi sorry this is a bit lengthy I'm just at wits end and am curious if anyone knows any fix. Monday night I was sewing and felt a burning sensation across my upper shoulder and up my neck. a few minutes later I started to get dizzy. it was late so I thought I was just tired. woke up tues. with intermittent dizziness throughout the day, no neck pain or anything. wed. the dizziness got more constant and by Thursday I couldn't see straight, on Friday I was taken to the E.R. they did an MRI and MRA and found nothing, they did lab work and found nothing, they had a P.T. guy come in and do the epply maneuver and it didn't do anything. I was in the hospital for 3 days on valium and antavert and it did nothing except make me sleep. it now has been 8 days since the onset and my dizziness is no better. it is always there except when I lay flat on my back. I have gone to physical therapy again and he did the epply thing again and it makes no difference. he gave me eye exercises to do. he said when he seen me in the hospital my eyes were twitching badly and now they don't unfortunately the dizziness is still there. the Dr. said it's not life threatening just a nuisance. well it may not be life threatening but it is definitely life altering. I am so exhausted from trying so hard to see straight. the wed. before this happened I played tennis and through out my right shoulder so I crisscrossed my arms over my chest and had my husband pick me up and squeeze to adjust my back unfortunately it didn't stay so he had to do this close to 30 times from wed. to Monday. I asked all the doctors if my shoulder or neck could cause this and everyone said no. I use to be very active and now I'm so afraid my life will always be a constant dizzying blur inside my house.
