Drug Induced Lupus Question

My husband (46yo), after 8 months of extreme weight loss, fatigue, joint pain (knees and wrists) pain on the left when coughing (spleen???) Pleural Effusion on the right (CT scans of chest and upper abdomen unremarkable), and after going through every "ologist" in the book and about 15 normal CBC's with Diff, normal kidney and liver tests, we finally got in with a Rheumatologis. My DH's Rheumatologist thinks he has DILE (was taking Hydralazine for over a year).

We are waiting on blood results now. He has since stopped all blood pressure meds (per his Cardiologist). He stopped them this past Friday (7/14/17) and still has VERY EXTREME Fatigue, and all the other symptoms listed above in my first paragraph. I have looked at every webpage regarding DILE and nothing tells me how long it takes after you are off the meds before anything even starts to feel better (I have seen some that say as soon as you are off the meds Lupus symptoms should subside, some that say week and some that say months). Not sure if anyone on here has ever been through DILE and what their experience has been in time to recover, but I thought I would give it a shot.
