    Unhappy Synthroid and Nardil

Is there an interaction between Nardil and Synthroid. Every morning I take my Synthroid I get severe jitters and my TSH is still high. I been told by doctors and pharmacist no there isn't but something making me jittery. The jitters start an hour and half later after I take Synthroid. Couple of years ago when it all started I was supposed to lower my Synthroid and didn't listen and I got sick and went to ER. I didn't listen because my doctors kept up and down up and downing my dose, that's why I didn't listen the last time. Had 3 different doctors in 3 months time with all different opinions. The ER didn't do anything for me so I stopped taking thyroid meds a week or so then started all over at 25 mcg and couldn't tolerate it. I was told to lower my Nardil which made it easier to increase Synthroid and it took me a year to get back up to around 125 mcg. little by little. I went up to 150 mcg and the jitters were 10 times worse but TSH was normal and the t3free was low. Was so bad I lowered it twice, and now on 100 mcg feeling less jittery and still feel hypo and TSH is high again. Before I lowered Nardil back those days I was taking 2 Nardils a day now on 1 a day ever since and now am on higher dose of Synthroid and need to increase more and I can't. Does that mean I have to get off Nardil altogether? My psychiatrist doesn't want me to get off Nardil he's afraid I may get worse. I really don't know what to do. All this turned me homebound. I don't go out anymore.
