pep medication interaction with azithromycin ?

    dear all

can anyone advise me on if there is any interaction with pep medication and zithromax ? I have started taking pep medication aluvia and combivir about 3 days ago after a high risk sexual encounter, insertive penile sex with a sex worker where condom broke in kenya. (extremly stupid I know). I did take her to the hospital and had her tested for hiv. she tested negative. I was tested aswell 12 hours after the incident and tested negative, but insisted on taking the pep anyway incase she caught hiv recently.

I wondered if its safe to take zithromax aswell, my main worry is it will reduce the effectiveness of the pep medication ?
    can anyone advise me please

also the medication has made me feel like I have the flu almost, tired and mildy nauses mostly is this common ?
