| Shortest time to quit Doxycycline safely
Hi everyone,
I was prescribed Nystatin for candida a couple of weeks ago, but then another doctor (specialising in infections) prescribed me a combination of Doxy and Difflucan to kill viruses and bacteria that may be behind my CFS symptoms. Now for the last five days I've been taking all three medicines together even though I don't know if that's safe, but I've started to get worried about getting my candida worse with Doxy.
Do you think I should quit Doxy and if so, can I do it immediately (after only five days) or is this too early because of resistancy that'd be developed? There is also some kind of research about the combi of Doxy and Difflucan for candida, but I don't know if I understood it correctly. So far I've been told that all antibiotics are like poison if you are prone to candida. Thank you!
