Are these Dyslexic tendencies?

Are these Dyslexic tendencies?

I quite often type numbers instead of letters when using a keyboard, but never hand write numbers instead of letters.

When typing words I quite often key a related number instead of a letter I meant to type, they are not usually near to each other on the keyboard.

For instance when typing the work "Bear" I will type "2ear" (B being the 2nd letter of the alphabet!). Other examples are:-

Lean = 1ean (1 looks like L)
Another = 4nother (4 looks like A)

There are probably other examples but spell check probably corrects them before I see them.

There's definitely some type of transposition going on here but I wondered whether this is some type of dyslexia and also whether there's anything I can do about it. Is this unusual or quite common?
