    Eustachian tube dysfunction

Can eustachian tube dysfunction cause cough headaches? I have had eustachian tube problems for about 4 months now. At the same time, I have had horrible top of the head pain only when coughing or bending my head down. No pain at all when sitting up or walking. It's a horrible top of he head pain that feels like my head is going to blow off. What the heck is this? Is it the pressure? Thanks
