Lumps in my mouth

Hello all,

I'm having some trouble with my mouth, I've noticed some nodules or lumps on the flap of skin that meets my tonsil, I went to a walk in centre yesterday and the doctor said my mouth looked fine and not "angry" looking. But I beg to differ because it hurts when I swallow and I've had some blood in my mucus, I apologize for the graphic photos but I'd like to know if these nodules are normal and nothing to worry about.

Thank you
