    Blocked, ringing ear

Looking for a bit of advice. Yesterday morning, my ear suddenly became dull and was followed by an onset of tinnitus. There is a feeling of pressure behind my ear, but its not too bad just noticeable, and at first I thought it might be wax, but after a trip to a GP, he told me it was ETD (Eustachian Tube Disorder).

While I'm aware there isn't a huge amount I can do expect wait and some things that may help, I've come to notice that when I attempt to equalize, I can definitely feel the air go into my ear as normal, yawning does not do this as normal however.

I'm wondering if it could be something else based on the fact that I can still blow air up my ET which I would assume to be impossible if it was blocked?

I have not yet experienced any pain or dizziness, although the symptoms have gotten worse since going to bed and waking up.
