Nasal hemangioma and pregnant ... help!

I have a nasal lobular capillary hemangioma. I have been seeing an ENT for it. He gave me a topical steroid for it: fluocinonide .05% and I've been using it for 2.5 weeks. My hemangioma has gotten bigger and now has started spontaneously bleeding. I had one nosebleed yesterday and one today. I was able to stop both in about 7 minutes with pressure. The ENT I'm seeing is frustrated by his options bc I'm in my second trimester. He wants to wait and see what happens and potentially excise in the third trimester bc he can give me better pain meds during the procedure. Now that I am spontaneously bleeding, he may excise now, but I'm concerned about the pain he says I will experience. Thoughts on other solutions? What would you do?

Dear Khartnett,

I'm sorry this happened at this inopportune time. Or at all!

I think you need to consult your gynecologist before you get anything done for some advice about what is safe for you, plus maybe get a second opinion from an older primary doctor. I personally have no faith in ENTs or relatively inexperienced doctors, from my own experiences.
