    Need help

Hi all , new to this board , woke up with tinnitus on the 1st of January this year , went to gp , he did blood tests and found low b12 , and that I was hyperthyroid , went to two ENT , they found nothing , then went for MRI , and this is results : Summary:

Normal seventh and eighth cranial nerves bilaterally . No evidence of cerebropontine angle mass bilaterally . Multiple foci of high signal on FLAIR within the juxtaxortical subcortical , and pericallosal white matter bilaterally which is a nonspecific finding however , the differential diagnosis for this appearance includes demyelination , vasculitis and migraine , with chronic micro vessel ischaemia felt less likely .

Sorry for the long post , but the app with the neurology dept is weeks away and I'm so scared now after looking up the words on line .
    Can anybody help ?
