    Head pressure

I started with what I though was a sinus issue. Aching in sinus areas. I had some dizzyness and ended up fainting once. The dizzyness has now gone and I'm left with bad head pressure, low grade headache, both ears ache, eye sockets ache, forehead aches. This is all intermittent. I can hear my heart beat the majority of the time in my head. Sounds like a whooshing. I have had episodes where i feel like im falling forwards when im on the computer and backwards when im trying to sleep. ENT have discharged me after my CT scan came back normal. Im lost for ideas now?????

I have the same problem. Head pressure. Ears feel full. Sinus pain and pressure all in my face. It feels like everything is inflamed. Nobody can find anything wrong with me either. CT scans normal, scopes in sinuses normal, had tubes put in for Eustachian tube dysfunction... nothing changed. Everything is inflamed.

I have Hashimotos, which is an auto immune disease that affects thyroid. But I thought maybe this strange head inflammation is being caused by some other strange auto immune problem?

I'm desperate for answers, as when head pressure gets bad, I have panic attacks. It's debilitating!

Please look up bruit or head bruit. Then have those same scans and get a second opinion with a neurosurgeon. I had a brain dural fistula and normal Md's do not know how to diagnose arteries and veins in your head. Many doctors have not heard of hearing a heartbeat in your head or swooshing or whooshing and they don't believe you. Don't let it go and look it up.
