Unhappy catscan results

.Recently I had a brain and neck scan that showed all clear for the brain. I am wondering if it would show my ear spaces too ? For the neck one it said I had a small area of atheromatous plaque in the region of the carotid bulb on the right, the ENT specialist said that"s normal for my age also some irregularity of the false chords with the base chord on the left appearing thickened . he did a laryngoscopy and said my nose is some prominance of the nasopharyngal lymphoid tissue more prominent on the left he put the larangscopy all the way down to the voice box and said everything looked good there. He said my problem is consistant with sinus problems and sinus drip als it showed a small amount of mucosal thickening of the upper eosophogus behind tonsil I presume, he ordered a barium swallow because that one xray sheet that would have showed where in the upper eosopgagus the mucosal thickening was I have had a look and it seems to be up behind the tonsil, the specia;ist does not think it is anything to worry about and I have been having really big tonsil stones in my tonsils pressing into my throat,do you think this could be the mucosal thickening? No abnormality of the eustachian tube ot torus tubarius or fossa of rosenmuller is seen. Could you please tell me what these things are. Also the bilateral styloid processes and extremely prominant pterygoid wings are normal variance that might however produce sensations of upper pharyngeal discomfort...could you please explain this?. he also thinks the air escaping from my jaw when I move my mouth (squelchy noise) is from my jaw dislocating and not being able to release the pressure at times is from moving my mouth (squelching) so much that it locks up into my ears and cuts off air circulation.Another question..Why would my jaw be dislocating? ..He says my bite is out because of having no back teeth and that getting that fixed would stop my jaw from more question...can hyperventilation and bracing muscles in my chest cause these symptoms plus ringing roaring deaf ears? I did not have swallowing problems until i got the result of upper eosophagus mucosal thickening...could this be psychosomatic ? sorry for the long post but I am scared and need some reassurance. I am scared the mucosal thickening might be cancer even though he says not.
