Question Do i have an inner ear imbalance?

I have always had random light headed moments and suffered from migranes, usually resulting in white blotches appearing in my vision. About a year ago I suddenly felt uneasy, my head was cloudy, my ears felt blocked and everything around me just felt off. It is hard to explain the exact feeling.

I have had blood tests, mri scan, hearing test, eye tests and visited a number of different doctors, including a gastronomist and neurologist., none of which have been able to find anything wrong with the my test results. Most recent I have seen an ear, nose and throat doctor who believes I may have an inner ear imbalance. However he keeps referring to a feel of dizzyness, however unless I become stressed or do physical exercise, i rarely find the room spinning around me? I have begun to experience myself waking up in the morning and being sick, and finding it difficult to eat breakfast. I do feel better as the day goes on, however I haven't felt 100% for a while now, there is always a sense of something being off (i think this is the cloudy head other people refer to).

Does anyone have these symptoms or any suggestions as to what these symptoms may be caused by? I have looked at inner ear imbalance however I only have a balancing problem in extreme cases. I have also stopped smoking although this hasn't had a drastic change to my symptoms.

Please let me know. Thank you
