Question dry nasal area

I am experiencing the same thing this August. It has been a very dry & hot summer. It seemed to get worse as the August allergy season started. I have used the AYR saline gel at night. It helped a little but sometimes makes me sneeze. I finally tried to clean out the area with hydrogen peroxide and put a little bit of bacitracin on the area inside my nose. It does feel better today. Wondering if that is OK to use inside your nose?

Re: dry nasal area

Bacitracin is safe to put in your nose but only for killing bacteria

If your dry sinuses/sinusitis is caused by seasonal allergies, it will not be effective because it is not caused by an infection

I've been using this saline mist that has worked really well for me
