Question Crawling feeling in ears

I had this weird feeling in my ear for several years now. (mostly the right one, although it happens in the left one as well once in awhile) when there's no noise around, I will hear a wind blowing like and I also FEEL it. Not like a pressure but more like something crawling in there. Actually, if you put your ear down on a pillow and place your hand under the pillow and rub slowly one of your fingers back and forth on the pillow, that's the exact sound and sensation I have.

When I wake up in the morning, both ears are blocked and feel like there is mucus in them. Sometimes I feel it coming down my throat. When the symptoms first appeared, I could taste it, almost same as when you have a cold...

I went to see 2 doctors and 2 ENT specialist. I had a cat scan, audio tests done by both specialists, all came back negative. I also got allergy test done (both blood and on my arms), these too were not conclusive to diagnose my symptoms.

I am looking everywhere On internet to find something that could explain what is going on, nothing. Seems that I don't get much more results from the "experts" neither.

Not sure what to do next, I need advice ...:-(
